Hi! I’m Alessandra

I’m an international ICF Coach and Mentor, passionate about helping individuals make positive changes in their professional and personal life. I also believe in the power of leveraging project management principles to turn intentions into actions. Originally from Monza, Italy, I spent 17 years living and working abroad—first in Ireland, then in Portugal—before returning to my home country in 2024.

My coaching, mentoring, and training practice spans several years. After receiving formal coaching training, I created Matcha Coaching and supported a broad spectrum of international clients. Every person carries within them a powerful energy of creation, and my purpose is to help my clients unlock theirs. I’m thrilled that Matcha Coaching is now a cornerstone of the Matcha Space family of services.

Before transitioning into professional coaching, I gained extensive experience in account management, strategic operations, and sales & digital marketing. Over the years, planning has become second nature to me, and a skill I’m passionate about sharing with my clients.

Hi! I’m Flavia

I’m an International Career Strategist, Mentor, and Project Management Expert with over 12 years of experience helping individuals and businesses thrive in the tech and digital landscape. My journey began with a passion for leveraging digital tools to transform SMEs, which led me to work as a Digital Ambassador for a Google initiative in Italy. This role deepened my expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.

Joining Meta during a pivotal period in its evolution further shaped my career. Over seven years, I gained global experience managing advertisers across industries like e-commerce, travel, and entertainment, working in both sales and B2B marketing at the Dublin HQ and Milan office. These roles equipped me with a unique blend of skills and a passion for mentorship, guiding others through career transitions in tech.

Today, as co-founder of Matcha Space, I offer career consultancy, blending my corporate tech expertise with personalized mentorship while supporting businesses in digital transformation. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who enjoys outdoor sports, nature, and exploring new cultures.
