In our fast-paced, ever-evolving society, the pressures of work and social responsibilities often leave little room for personal growth. Having experienced first-hand the rewards and challenges of career transformation, we work with our clients with empathy and insight.

Hi! I’m Alessandra

I’m an ICF-PCC Executive Coach and leadership development expert, passionate about helping professionals create meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.

Originally from Monza, I lived and worked abroad for 17 years, first in Ireland and then in Portugal, before returning to Italy in 2024.

Before transitioning into professional coaching in 2021, I built a solid background in account management, digital marketing, and strategic operations.

After spending several years primarily focused on career coaching, often supporting people through career transitions, my work now centres on professional and personal development journeys for senior professionals who want to enhance their effectiveness, strengthen their leadership skills, and navigate the challenges of their roles with greater awareness and confidence.

Hi! I’m Flavia

I started working in digital in 2014 as a Digital Ambassador for a Google initiative in Italy, helping small businesses discover what online tools could do for them. Since then, I’ve worked closely with companies as their needs have evolved, learning what skills help them grow.

I spent more than seven years at Meta, working between Dublin and Milan with brands in e-commerce, travel and entertainment. I got to know businesses with very different challenges and saw how much of a difference the right people can make when an idea becomes a project.

Today, I bring that experience to Cosmico, where I help freelance and fractional professionals in digital and tech connect with companies on projects. Through Matcha Space, I support people who are considering freelancing and want to explore what it could mean for their careers.

I’ve made the move from a corporate role to freelancing myself, so I know it isn’t always easy to figure out where to begin.
